Training for new batch of Homeguards Volunteers
Jammu, May 05: New batch of Homeguards volunteers who underwent 35 days Basic training course at Central Training Institute of Homeguards and Civil defence Jammu, passed out successfully today on 6th May 2006. Divisional Commandant Homeguards Jammu Sh. S.M. Khatotra, SSP was the chief guest on the occasion. He took salute and later on also distributed certificates and cash rewards among the nine homguards volunteers for their outstanding performance in various disciplines of training:

G/M Raj Kumar No.45/J stood all round best in the training. Earlier Principal of CTI Jammu Sh. Mohd Majid Malik Dy.SP highlighted the various activities of CTI Jammu and the the training programme to be started in near future.
Divisional Commandant, in his address stressed upon the importance of quality training and expressed happiness that during training, volunteer Homeguards exhibited great dedication, devotion and hardwork.
