Ten Days Civil Defence Training Programme

 

Jammu December 31st: Ten days Civil Defence training programme held at Govt. College for women Gandhi Nagar Jammu w.e.f 14th to 23rd December 2006 in conjunction with NSS, in which large number of college students and staff participated.

This was organized with an aim to introduce the guidelines of civil defence in educational institutions. Sh.Navin Agarawal IPS, Inspector General of Police Homeguards/Civil Defence & Aux. Police J&K Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion of the valediction. Sh.Agarwal distributed certificates among the participants and exhorted upon them to further strengthen the civil defence.
