Civil Defence Rescued Accident Victims At Nowshera

 

February 2nd:A matador bearing No.2290/JK02 on way from sail to Nowshera fell in a deep gorge on 2nd February 2007 in which eighteen persons died and about 19 injured. Sh. Rajinder Kumar Damral Post warden Civil Defence Nowshera with one of his team reached on spot and launched rescue operation Dead bodies and injured persons were shifted to sub district hospital Nowshera. while other team was deputed to sub district hospital where they arranged blood etc. Seriously injured persons were air lifted from Nowshera to Jammu where civil defence Jammu shifted injured persons to GMC Hospital in civil defence ambulances.
