The quotations accompanied with samples should reach the office the undersingned on or before 15-06-2010 upto 1500 hours positively. The quotation should be addressed to Inspector General of Police, Homeguards/Civil Defence & Auxiliary Police J&K and envelopes should be super scribed “Quotation for SDRF training items for the year 2010-11”. The quotation may be sent either by speed post/Registered post /courier or delivered personally at the Directorate of Auxiliary Police/ Homeguards/ Civil Defence Batamaloo ZPHQ complex Srinagar against proper receipt.
The quotations will be opened on 16th June 2010 at 1100 hours at the Directorate of HG/CD & Aux. Police J&K Srinagar in the presence of such quotationeers who may choose to be present. The earnest money in the shape of bank draft of Rs 5000/- should be enclosed with the quotation in absence of which the quotation shall be liable for disqualification.
The rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes, levies, freight, transport and other charges to the place of delivery at Barzulla Bagat Srinagar.
Quality/specification should be categorically mentioned in the quotation.
The undersigned will have full powers to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason and without any legal obligation.
